
Pure Vanilla Delight

With so many trends and complex desserts around, it’s refreshing to return to something so pure and satisfying. Even better it’s incredibly easy to make. In less than 30 minutes, you can create a classic Italian dessert that feels luxurious yet comforting.
INGREDIENTS
- 300g cream
- 200g milk
- 60g sugar
- 1g vanilla
- 6g gelatine

- Place the gelatin in cold water and let it soak for at least 10 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine cream, milk, sugar, and vanilla seeds.
- Bring to a gentle simmer, then remove from heat.
- Add the soaked gelatin to the warm mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
- Pour into your desired glasses or molds.
- Let them chill in the fridge until firm about 4 hours or overnight.
Tip: For a slightly firmer panna cotta, add 2g more gelatin. Once set, you can whip it like cream for use in cakes or other desserts.
