🧁 FAMILY SUNDAY TRADITION
In our family, Sundays never pass without something sweet filling the house with warmth. Cakes, pies, or a simple sponge there’s always something in the oven. This Vanilla Tulband (Bundt cake) is one of those treasured recipes passed down from our mother.
Her method might seem a bit unconventional separating eggs, whipping them differently, mixing in stages but trust me, the result is absolutely worth it. Unlike many Bundt cakes that can turn dry, this one stays beautifully moist and soft, even if it spends a little too long in the oven. It keeps fresh for a few days (though it rarely survives that long we usually eat it while it’s still warm!).
And if you’re in the mood for a little upgrade, try serving it with a silky Anglaise sauce it’s truly a match made in dessert heaven.

- To prepare the form, brush the inside with butter and dust with flour. Spread the mixture inside the form and bake on 170 degrees cca 40 minutes.
