What you’ll need:

6 Cloves

1 Cinnamon stick

½ Nutmeg

60g Mandarin zest (freshly washed)

1 Vanilla bean

250g Sugar (Brown & Granulated mix)

125ml Water
-
650ml Brandy
-
100ml Rum
How to make:

Slice the washed mandarin peels and drop them into your favorite glass bottle.

Add the spices directly into the bottle.

Boil the water and sugar until dissolved to make a syrup. Let it cool down completely.

Pour in the brandy, rum, and your sugar syrup.
