CHRISTMAS IN A BOTTLE

Is it even Christmas if you don't have a bottle of homemade liqueur chilling in the pantry? This traditional recipe is the secret to a warm and cozy holiday season. Whether you’re sipping it by the fire or gifting it to a loved one, this blend of mandarin and spices is pure magic. ✨

What you’ll need:

  • 6 Cloves

  • 1 Cinnamon stick

  • ½ Nutmeg

  • 60g Mandarin zest (freshly washed)

  • 1 Vanilla bean

  • 250g Sugar (Brown & Granulated mix)

  • 125ml Water

  • 650ml Brandy

  • 100ml Rum

How to make:

  1. Slice the washed mandarin peels and drop them into your favorite glass bottle.

  2. Add the spices directly into the bottle.

  3. Boil the water and sugar until dissolved to make a syrup. Let it cool down completely.

  4. Pour in the brandy, rum, and your sugar syrup.

  5. Give it a good shake and store it in a cool place. The longer it sits, the better it gets!
